Labrinth Surprises Coachella Crowd With Zendaya

The Weekend 2 Coachella crowd had a big surprise when Labrinth brought out Zendaya during his set to perform “All for Us” and “I’m Tired” from Euphoria!

Coachella 2023 marked Zendaya's first live performance in 7 years, which made the surprise much more special. After going on stage with Labrinth, Zendaya took to Instagram to express her appreciation for fans. In a story, she wrote, "I cannot express my gratitude enough for this magical night. Thank you my brother Labrinth for inviting me and giving me the most beautiful safe space to be on a stage again. And to the crowd tonight ... wow ... my heart is so full, I can't thank you enough for the love I received tonight, made all my nerves melt away, I'm so grateful." After the text, Zendaya posted another story with a video of her saying, "I have never heard screaming like that in my entire life... As soon as I turned the corner, I couldn't hear anything. I couldn't hear anything but you guys." She continued to say how "everybody was singing along," was "so special," and "so so cool."

Zendaya didn't just stop at Instagram and even went to Twitter to express her thoughts! In a tweet, she wrote, "I stepped away from music quite a while ago, for a number of reasons, but I still really love it, so the kindness and support I’ve received the past few days just for a little tiny toe dip back into some music means the absolute world to me..thanks<3"

The crowd's reaction to Zendaya's appearance proved how even though she has a strong following as an actress, many people still love seeing the singer-songwriter side of her. Check out this video of how loud the crowd was from backstage at Coachella!

Labrinth also took to social media to post the moment. He captioned his video with "this was a moment! I'm so glad I got to share it with you Zendaya. thank you for being so vulnerable and putting yourself and your heart out there. we performed our songs that's crazy to me! IM FASHION! lol."

Zendaya wasn't the only guest Labrinth brought out for his Coachella sets. During Weekend 1, Billie Eilish came out to sing "Never Felt So Alone" with him! Labrinth even posted the full performance on his Youtube channel.

Weekend 2 also got a performance of "Thunderclouds" with Sia and Maddie Ziegler!
