K-Pop Demon Hunters Soundtrack Tops the Charts

KPop Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film) is making serious noise. Since its release last Friday, the album has hit #1 across the board, iTunes Album, Pop, and K-Pop, plus Apple Music Pop and K-Pop charts. It's also landed in the Top 5 on Spotify’s U.S. and Global Top Albums.

KPop Demon Hunters follows K-pop stars Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, idols by day, demon slayers by night, as they battle a rival boy band with a sinister secret. Featuring voices from Arden Cho, Ahn Hyo-seop, May Hong, and Ji-young Yoo, it’s streaming now on Netflix.

The film itself is crushing it on Netflix with 9.2 million views, a glowing 96% on Rotten Tomatoes, and a spot in the Global Top 10. Leading the soundtrack is “Golden,” which is quickly becoming a viral song of the summer, climbing the Spotify Global Top Songs Chart and Apple Music’s Pop chart alongside “Your Idol” and “How It’s Done.”
