Hunter Hayes may have country roots but he proves on his current tour that he transcends the genre.
He performed in Los Angeles Sunday night at The Regent Theater with Frawley as his supporting act.

The tour kicked off earlier this month in Southern California to promote his latest album: Red Sky. It's been almost four years since we last saw Hayes touring and he showed how he has evolved as a musician and a songwriter.
He opened with "High Tide", a rock n' roll anthem about heartache and rebirth with a beat drop that got the entire theater on their feet. His songs like "Sober" and "About A Boy" have a new layer of introspection that showcases his impressive skills as a songwriter.
What sets Hayes apart from other touring artists is his undeniable instrumental talents. He rocked impressive solos on the electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and keyboard.
