Clever Hits It Out of the Park With New Track “Dale Murphy”

Today, the genre-bending singer-songwriter dropped his brand-new single “Dale Murphy”, a nostalgic tribute to his childhood baseball hero and the Atlanta Braves legend himself. The release arrives with some even bigger news: Clever’s next full-length project, Coyote, is officially set to arrive on October 3rd.

Inspired by afternoons spent pretending to be Murphy in his backyard, Clever turns a love for baseball into a heartfelt anthem about never losing sight of your younger self. “Dale Murphy is about remembering who I used to be, swinging for the fences,” Clever shares. “Not allowing love or life to make me forget that part of myself.”
