Billboard recently announced the amazing artists who will be honored at their 2023 Women in Music event!

Artists such as Becky G, Kim Petras, Doechii, TWICE, Lana del Rey, Lainey Wilson, Latto, and Ivy Queen will be honorees due to their influence on the music world. Becky G will receive the "Impact" award, Petras will receive the "Chartbreaker" award, Doechii will receive the "Rising Star" award, TWICE will receive the "Breakthrough" award, del Rey will receive the "Visionary" award, Wilson will receive the "Rulebreaker" award, Latto will receive the "Powerhouse" award, and Queen will receive the "Icon" award. There will also be a "Woman of the Year" award (given to Olivia Rodrigo in 2022) whose recipient will be announced closer to the event.

Billboard's Editorial Director Hannah Karp said in a statement, "We’re thrilled to recognize these groundbreaking artists across genres and generations who are defining today’s sound – and paving the way for tomorrow’s women in music."

Women in Music will be a big night for all of the honorees, who are all making history in their own ways! TWICE, for instance, will be the first Korean pop female group to win an award for Billboard Women in Music, and will be only the second girl group to be honored following Fifth Harmony in 2015.

Billboard's Women in Music event will be held on March 1st at the Youtube Theater, and will be hosted by Quinta Brunson!

Women in Music will have a lineup of performers and presenters in addition to their honorees, which will be announced at a later date.
